Our story began with a personal journey: I discovered my passion for cooking while helping my husband prepare meals for a weight-loss competition where he needed to lose 40 pounds—he won! During that time, I realized that many meal prep services are overpriced and lack the nutritional diversity people need to reach their fitness goals. I also wanted to create meals that weren’t just macro-friendly but actually tasted good. So, I started experimenting with flavors, ingredients, and recipes to craft meals that are both nutritious and delicious.
